1-4-4-8, best game in town. I'm on the button & it is to me with 3 limpers, plus the big blind. I see AcKs. I know no one will fold but I grab chips to raise it up to $6, simulating 4 or 6 more limpers. As I'm about to raise, big blind is grabnbing chips to raise, too. Big blind is a huge passive player. I raise anyway and say it.
Bad move? Big blind says "raise" and puts in $6. Dealer says "It's raised to you." Big blind looks around, like he can't figurte out what happened. Dealer points to my raise. Big blind says, "Well, make it ten" and puts in $4 more.
All fold to me and I know he for certain he will only do this with AA or KK. More probably KK, because he wouldn't knock out the other limpers with AA right? I am 64% certain he has KK, 36% certain he has
AA. I call. Is this a bad call? Should I re-re-raise to represent
AA?
I figure I must hit an Ace on the flop. If I do hit the Ace, however, how do I play it? I should check-bet-raise-fold. Atlernatrively, check-bet-call or bet-raise-call is good. He'll likely check-call to the river and I'll likely win. Bet-raise-raise means.... death? How would you play that?
Flop is 9s7s3s. Big blind bets the maximum $4. I figure my flush draw is no good. I fold and he flashes me KcKd.
