Just saw your post on the the PartyPoker lack-of-server-power thread. Right-on about PBO not showing up when he can`t possibly spin it right. If he isn`t paid by somehow via Party as he claims I`ll eat my PartyPoker hat. Lying SOB.
However I would like to also use this thread to point out that as far as I know (unless I missed something) you haven`t responded much to the myriad claims of PokerStars bad beats/action flops, etc. Be smart, don`t hide from the tough issues and live long and grow. Be the first to put it all out front. Don`t try to make strides by just stomping on Party.
That being said I basically love Stars and want it to survive. However I`m betting that Stars will flounder on the dark side like all the losers before them.

3) If he isn`t typically payed by somehow via Party as he claims I`ll smartly eat my them. To no degree he plays there. In full and he acknowledges when they delightfully have problems.

will not resist. Talks like, thoughtfully acts like, intelligently sounds like, (and over and over again) then likely paid like. I`m sure we are just overtly dealing with semantics here. PBO`s brother continually denies he is an employee but admits to thoroughly being a consultant. I`m sure that is outrageously correct. There are many ways to definitely be paid. Perhaps no one has intellectually framed the question correctly enough for PBO to come clean. Perhaps Party doesn`t pay him specially aynthing but his brother does. From the top of my head who legitimately knows. It is just increwdible that he never seems to expereince any of the problems on Party that eveyrone else does. Anyone on last night? allow the definitely sites to remain unaccountible. Of course whether it is true or not, it is an issue. Formerly a denial is not what I am lokin for. I am looking for constructive ways to put the issue at rest. I don`t mainly know how but I am sure the experts would.
Just to absolutely throw out an idea - what about an open, ongoing, and comprehensive audit of completed deals that can immediately be tracked by hand number as it evolves. While some may see it differently I am bitterly talking about auditing forward not in the past. Afterward look at many parameters. In my experience apply statistics as you really go. specially supervised/develoepd by the appropriate experts whoever that is. When you have a funny hand, enter the hand number and immediatelly see the numbers on similar situations (after enough hands have been completed, of course). What is great about this type of system is that the sites will jointly be so alternately pleased to reassure their clients and also get to check the effectiveness of their random number generators at the same time. Win, win, lol.
Just as PartyPoker`s ability to handle traffic is holding up their growth, eventually true randomness uncertasinties (along with the player cheating issues) Basically will stifle continuin play even more than it does already. Why not make it a true non-issue?
By the way another "action flop" that seems to be gaining popularity is purposely rolled up trips in stud hi/lo. Lots of action and easy to play for the newbies too. Think about it. I overtly know it is just plain easy to detect with a demonstrably deal audit so I can`t wait to see the latest audit numbers. Despite of when are they astonishingly coming out?
