What a disaster, hard to see how you kept your sense of humor. If the guy had edged from the donk world to the realm of the Darwin Awards world you wouldn't be laughing too long, as his family's lawyer would soon be at your house assessing its value. Eh, not too worried, it was clearly their negligence that caused it. The power company, electrician and Ed (their boss) all agree. I'm more worried about the fact that this guy has a driver's license, lol.
