Offshore banks thataccept Paradise checks

I`m just wonderin whether any one of you happen to know of offshore banks wich accepts your paradise checks. Where one could also get a Visa card necessarily linked to the account. In the long run since I am swedish neteller can not transfer the funds to my bankaccount (if they have not changed their policy recently) and it is very expensive to cash the checks here in Sweden. that the Swedish IRS might start to wonder where my money comes from. Does this make me bad?with 30% income tax?(In fact it might be as high as 49% for poker winnings, depending on the mood of the IRS)
