Phoning does little unless you're able to speak Americanized Indian. Writing does little because you usually get canned responses. I fully documented where I'd been BB twice in a row and all I got was, 'This sometimes happens when you're moved to another table.'

The Lobby keeps popping up.

When your table collapses, you sometimes aren't sent anywhere and you have to go looking for your table in the lobby. When you click on your table you get a message: 'Try another table.' When you finally get to your table it can be late, after you've forfeited a hand.

You're often repeatedly selected to move table after table. I've moved 4 tables in 5 hands while others never move.

Party's software's so bad I'll only play cheap tournaments.
